CHAPLIN - Complex Harmonic Polylogarithms in FORTRAN 

The FORTRAN library CHAPLIN enables you to numerically evaluate Harmonic
polylogarithms up to weight 4 for any complex argument. It is presented in
arXiv:1106.5739.
